Welcome!
It all started when my wife, a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, wanted to use the now-retired background "Word by Word" individually so I made her blocks. Soon all her demonstrator friends wanted blocks, too. Then their demonstrator friends and even a few customers wanted Word by Word Blocks.
Since then, I've created countless poplar blocks for sets like "Word by Word", "So Many Sayings" and "Festive Favorites" to name a few. Many of my "customers" have asked me for a website to direct their customers and/or fellow demonstrators to... so here it is FINALLY! :-)
Please feel free to share www.theblockguy.com with your Stampin' Friends -- the "storefront" on the left has my available blocks. If something is sold out, I can re-cut blocks as needed (please allow a little time to do that as this is not my full-time job.) I accept special requests on a case-by-case basis -- please feel free to email me at MitchKemp@comcast.net.
Also, if you prefer to pay by check or Money Order, please contact me at MitchKemp@comcast.net and I will provide you with a mailing address.
One last thing -- a note about shipping! I ship Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping is $5.25 for 1 to 2 sets and $9.60 for 3 to 10 sets. You will need to add the shipping to the cart before checking out using one of the options. Please don't forget to do so!
Thanks for your business!
Mitch, many husbands will be cringing at your dedication!
Think of the expectations you have created among stampin' up! devotees worldwide!
Love the idea, love your work.
We here in Australia are probably a bit far away to purchase the blocks, but we are all very impressed, and your blog is doing the rounds :)
